Ancient peoples and pioneers navigated oceans and prairies using
the stars. Your family is invited to share a Saturday night
at the Arbore-tum along with UW Space Place to view the stars
and take a multi-cultural look at celestial navigation. You'll
also create an "ancient" artifact you can take home.

"Broadway Bo" is back.... and he's coming to the Veterans
Memorial Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI.
Returning from the Ringling Brothers show, Bo will be performing
with 11 other pachyderms at the Coliseum. Giving exiting performances
for over 20 years, Bo looks forward to seeing you at this years

Remembering Laura Ingalls Wilder

What was it like for Laura to attend a one-room schoolhouse
on the vast prairie? To find out, come to the Arboretum and
visit a "pioneer school." Then take a walk and learn
about the prairie through Lauras experiences. Make a pioneer
toy to take home.
